Lynn Davidson Lynn Davidson

Lynn Davidson is Managing Director of Hilife Development, an organisation that works closely with businesses and individuals to develop Managerial and Interpersonal skills. Lynn is a fully qualified and accredited Coach Mentor and Development Facilitator and has worked in key Learning and Development roles since 1990. Her skills range from Individual Executive, Professional and Life Coaching and Coaching Supervision through to the design and delivery of bespoke Interpersonal, Managerial and Team based learning. In addition she regularly trains and audits "in house" Trainers and Coaches.

Lynn specialises in facilitating the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, energy, skills and thought processes to assist the individual in making real, lasting change and reaching their full potential. She uses questioning techniques to facilitate a learners own thought processes in order to identify solutions and actions rather than taking a wholly directive approach. Lynn has an ability to maintain unconditional positive regard for the learner, which means that her style is at all times supportive and non-judgmental of the person, their views, lifestyle and aspirations.

Lynn's knowledge of how individuals and teams develop comes from a deeply enhanced understanding of behaviours and attitudes. By using accelerated learning as the under-pinning for all her Training and Development work, Lynn is able to augment delivery and content. In addition, her accreditation in the use of many profiling tools including the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, Belbin Interplace, Transactional Analysis, Firo B, Thomas International and Myers Briggs Level 1 & 2, means that the Training/Coaching package is complemented and complete.

Lynn began her development career with the Rank Organisation where she designed and managed a multi-skilling assessment lead programme for front line operators. She followed this with a succession-planning scheme incorporating interpersonal and managerial development for all functional Managers. She then worked for three years as an internal consultant for a US owned International Manufacturing Group, where part of her remit was to develop and audit a team of in-house Trainers and Assessors. In addition to Manufacturing and Entertainment, Lynn has also worked in the Construction, Recruitment and Audio Visual Industries where she Managed National Training, Coaching and Development functions.

Kath Temple

Kath Temple

Kath Temple is an MSc Occupational & Organisational Psychologist, an NLP Master & NLP Trainer, a solution-focused psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, EFT Trainer and EFT Advanced Practitioner.

Kath Temple is a little different. Some say a lot different. She certainly gets different results, for people, and for whole businesses too. She has been studying psychology, neuro-science, communications, systems thinking, cybernetics, NLP, hypnotherapy, EFT, solution-focused psychotherapy, martial arts, metaphysics, philosophy and healing for many years. Perhaps she really should know better and should keep her big mouth tight shut about just what it is she has learned along her journey. But oh no, foolish perhaps, but she seems for some odd reason to be delighted in choosing to share what she knows will make a difference with you.

She was appointed in 1994 to SENDIST (Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal) by The Secretary of State for Education. Her background is in media and PR, originally for a Tenneco subsidiary. She set up and edited a company newspaper for an Alcan subsidiary, High Duty Alloys then worked in media, PR, information services and education liaison for BNFL at Sellafield for almost 9 years. She crossed sectors and worked for both Suffolk and Norfolk education as well as the DfES's SEN & Disability Tribunal. She helped launch the Suffolk Governor's Association, was appointed to the Community Health Council, set up and edited a newsletter for the voluntary sector organisation CONTACT - affiliated to Contact-a-Family, and worked in the field of mental health.

Chris Monk

Chris Monk

Chris has a stimulating background that includes among other things having served 17 years with the Royal Navy & Royal Marines, played semi-professional rugby union and dangled off most cliff faces in South West England at one time or another! Chris was the driving force behind a visionary and groundbreaking coaching initiative in the British Armed Forces which has led to significant culture change while maintaining world-class operational effectiveness and highly respected standards.

Chris has worked with senior and middle managers & teams in the UK, USA and Europe. He has worked recently with the Ashridge Business School, England RFU, Everest, Westland Helicopters, BCWA, NHS National Services Scotland, the former Salisbury FE College and the Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL).

Now working as a cultural transformation facilitator and leadership coach, Chris’s passion and focus lies in facilitating deep dialogue to help people, teams and organisations to discover their core purpose, mission and shared values. Working with a range of clients he has found that such a process helps to create a sense of meaning around work and, as a result, a much stronger emotional connection within the workplace. He has found that leaders can enhance this process even more by encouraging their people to share in creating an energising vision for the future. Discovering the spirit and energy within an organisation in this way is a powerful mix for maximising sustainable organisational performance by releasing the energy and creative potential that lies within.

Chris is an Ashridge Business School accredited Executive Coach, and uses both ‘non-directive’ and ‘solutions-focused’ styles of coaching. Academically, Chris is a visiting lecturer (2008) at Bristol University, and has an MBA that he achieved through distance learning while holding down a full-time job (no laughing matter!). In addition he is an NLP Master Practitioner and an Advanced PER-K™ (Performance Kinesiology) facilitator.
