Course Content
By the end of this course, delegates will:
- understand the difference between coaching, instructing and facilitating
- be aware of the planning involved in coaching
- understand coaching models and coaching processes
- practice questioning skills
- understand learning styles, brain dominance and other profiling tools
- understand the key concepts of communication
- be aware of the rules for effective group communication flow
- practice facilitating
- use a range of facilitating tolls such as: brainstorming, writing exercises,
opening and closing discussions
- understand different delegate types
- learn how to overcome a range of difficult situations
