Course Content
By the end of this course, delegates will:
- understand the difference between trainer and trainee-centred learning
- understand the four steps of practical instruction
- learn the structure of any type of task instruction and how to break
it down
- understand and utilise effective timing
- learn to check both skill and knowledge
- practice review and feedback techniques including self-review
- be able to write a task analysis and instruction plan
- use jargon correctly
- understand how personal time management can affect learning
