Course Content
By the end of this course, delegates will:
- understand the concepts of communication
- understand good and bad questioning techniques
- use techniques such as question funnelling, balancing questions and
hypothetical questions
- understand the importance of listening
- use listening techniques including paraphrasing, feedback and body language
- have gone through a number of exercises to ensure they have live practice
of all the above skills, and time to discuss the advantages and implications
of each
